Nothing Else Matters When Your Operation is Down. Fix it Fast!
Is it just us, or do things break down at the most inopportune times? You get a flat tire on your way to a job. Your converter breaks down in the middle of harvest. Or your VFD goes on the fritz the Friday before a long weekend. When the worst happens, you need to be able to get up and running again as quickly as possible. Gary from BC called us when his phase converter broke down last week. He runs a vineyard, and the stalled production was costing him big bucks. Things needed to get moving asap. Electram gets that. It's why we try to have stock on the shelf. We had the digital phase converter on hand when Gary needed it. To make sure that it shipped that same day, we drove it out to the airport that afternoon and the wine was flowing again by noon the next day!
