Brand DNA
At the core of who we are is our Brand's DNA. This is composed of our personality, how we structure our organization, the products and service we offer, and the relationships we develop. Personality
We hire journeymen electricians to be our sales staff. They know what questions to ask to ensure you get the right product because they know what it takes to hook up machine tools. Our people regularly go above and beyond to make sure our customers are getting high quality products and service. While professional, our personality is relaxed.
Organization
Our company has a great deal of knowledge. We have been building converters and motor control panels for 30 years. As a small company, we work together as a team to support everyone in their function. We are progressive in our adoption of technology and in our process flexibility. If something should change then we change it.
Products and Services
We believe in the products we sell. They are of high quality and we test everything we build before it ships. We believe that a sale doesn't end when the product ships out the door; we want our customers to have a positive experience with our products and would be happy to talk through setup or troubleshooting questions.
Relationships
We build long-lasting relationships. Much of our customer base has been with us for decades. We build these lasting relationships by being trustworthy and by focusing on what our customers actually need rather than what we want to sell.
