always tell if it is on or not - it's too quiet!

support are superior to every other manufacturer we contacted prior to purchase.
This Or Any Other Comments = We were
blown away by the sales and tech support at Electram. Being novices at installing one of
these we had numerous questions, most of which were in the documentation, that we failed
to read! Tech support called us back promptly, twice after hours. Sales contacted the
manufacturer of our equipment to insure the converter was engineered to specifically meet
our requirements. Overall...an awesome job!

information on how to compare phase converters of other manufacturers.
Improve Product By = The instruction manual was
a little difficult to understand when we were adjusting voltage for each motor. Had to
talk with technical staff to set it up properly.

leading me in the right direction to make a good decision on purchasing a phase converter.
Why Purchase Electram = They were very
helpful with my questions and general lack of knowledge in choosing a phase converter.
They took an interest in my problems and helped by talking with the machine tool
manufacturer that I purchased the CNC lathe from. Also, the price was very good.
