with magnetic starter or if you will have to separately purchase a (fusible disconnect c/w
time delay fuses) to start the converter. |

Web sites encouraging shoppers to purchase just a “converter
control panel” and connecting the same to an old electric motor you may have, try to
capitalize on their ability to reduce your cost – at any cost - even
when that means compromising the quality of power the converter will develop. And make no
mistake about it. A converter put together with electric components supplied by a
“converter manufacturer” and subsequently connected to an old electric motor is
by its finest definition; a “jury-rig”.
